| There is no CAD system that can effectively support the concept design of footwear currently.Models of footwear,Models of the contradictions in conceptual design,Methods of constructing models of contradictions and conflict in design,are the bottleneck of Computer-Aided Conceptual Design that is not resolved well.Footwear design knowledge acquisition,organization,expression,integration and use are key technologies of computer-Aided conceptual design of footwear.In this paper,research matter-element method of footwear,extension engineering method of resolution of contradictions and conflicts in conceptual design of footwear on the one hand.On the other hand,raise the harmony and intelligent thinking of development that is CAD-oriented.This paper starts with the design process and technological process of footwear,Then analysis the traditional design process of footwear and find the defects.Take feasibility analysis about the shortcomings of traditional design and technology of footwear design.To analysis and modeling the various parameters,experience,knowledge and data that involved in footwear design.Convert them to what a computer can understand and handle.To organize the various types data effectively and logically,and then design and modeling the knowledge database using SQL Server 2005.And then to effectively extract,organize,express,integrate,and use the knowledge of the database.Through a variety of different ways,designed and developed the harmony intelligent knowledge extraction and lock algorithm using fuzzy theory,TRIZ theory which can effectively reflect the needs of designers and extract the complex knowledge of the shoes database effectively and accurately.About the effective design knowledge,generate the Conflict-oriented and well Human-Computer interactive intelligent strategies using TRIZ theories.Remove and combine the knowledge using inference engine.Then generate the innovative shoes design method that can meet the requirements of designer.At last,based on the above-mentioned algorithms and theories,developed an integrated harmony intelligent CACD system including user management,data management, demonstrate knowledge of shoes,shoes design wizard which has friendly man-machine interaction. |
