The welding is one kind of important material processing craft, and which is the important constituent of modern industry manufacture technology. It is applied in each department of national economy widely. At the same time, along with the phase-change, each part of welding have varying degrees of expansion and contraction ,Therefore inevitably have a complex welding residual stress. Welding residual stress is the important factors that affect welded structures performance, security, reliability and manufacturing process, has a very negative impact to the quality of the welded structure. It is one of the welds domain widespread attention and important research topics to eliminate welding stress and reduce welding crack. At the same time, the welding process automation and intelligence also has become the direction of development of welding technology,trailing peening is a new development welding technology recently, it is under the premise of successful anti-crack. Welding process can be automatically welded joints Road area near the weld metal hammer to deal with, in order to realize low stress dynamic, small deformation, crack-free welding heat.In order to realize the low cost, high quality and high efficiency , this subject is base on predecessor's research foundation to study automatization control system of welding with trailing peening. Through the composition of the human-computer interaction systems of LED with the keyboard to choose the peening parameters, Consist peening frequency, peening force, peening temperature and so on. Each of the parameters given the range of parameters based on different materials. Though module of temperature collected to obtain real-time temperature, and compare with setted temperature. When the temperature reaches set temperature, Through the DA converter to adjust and control the peening frequency, peening force, and keep it in the settings. System is consisted of the keyboard show module, the temperature acquisition module. Control module of peening parameters, and so on. Software used C language to compile the main program, initialization program, peening temperature acquisition program module. PID program, peening parameters control modules. At the same time, in order to ensure reliable operation of single-chip microcomputer system, combined with the actual situation of welding, we analyse the interference of system, and use effective anti-interference measures.
