Research Of The Remote Access Security Policy Based On XML Of Information Appliance

With the increasingly deepening of the digitalization process,the information appliance,as an emerging industry,have been known and accepted by the most of the families.The embedment,the network development and popularization have also laid a good foundation for the development of the information appliance.However,at the present the standard of the information appliance has not been regulated,the existing various types of standards lack compatibility,and security as the study content has not been unified.Therefore,the user status authentication and the information security mechanism as the indispensable content for security research are very significant.The security problems of the information appliance are mainly reflected in the following five aspects, identification,digital security,digital completeness,non-repudiation and the access control.This article takes the user visits long-distance family network's information appliance as the background,does a research on the application of the XML technology transmission and home gateway to realize the information appliance security system.First of all,it analyzes the security threatening of the network transmission and information appliance systems face themselves and security needs.Afterwards, introduces the related technologies and regulations such as XML encryption,the XML signature,the WS-Security regulations and so on. Based on these technologies,the security mechanisms like the identification authentication,the signature safety mechanism,the encryption and so on have inserted into the SOAP information,thus achieves the transmission security purpose.The plan has also designed the XML home gateway on the basis of XML the engine technology.Its main function is to prevent the remote unauthorized visit to the equipments in the family network.This plan realized the security mechanism with different security rates though the difference of the XML encryption information granularity,and designates difference access limits to different users.It applies the signature to realize the identification authentication to the long-distance access users.This proposal of this plan has realized the close interfacing of security from terminal to terminal,of server and among the internal family network, has provided the security mechanism with security,authentication, authorization,and the completeness of the data for the remote visit of the family automation equipments.While ensuring the safety of the systems, it saves the system resources in order to optimize the system.
