With the development of information technology, people's life style and producing mode are being affected and changing rapidly. People are getting more accustomed to conducting business and trade on websites.However, one of the problems which slow down the development of C2C E-commerce website is the lack of satisfactory user experience. It is the research on user experience that elicits solutions to these issues. In this study, we first introduce some fundamental concepts of user experience on website and corresponding theories. In combination with the features of C2C E-Commerce website, we propose a set of constructing elements for user experience on website, that is, Strategy, Scope, Structure, Framework and Performance. Thus, we target at these 5 elements for research on C2C E-Commerce website. Also we establish the relationship between them and user experiences. According to the"S-O-R"principle in psychology, design information propagation framework and environmental factors of C2C E-Commerce website, we propose our user experience model for C2C E-Commerce website. The model is composed of 5 layers, which are Sensory Experience Layer, Cognitive Experience Layer, Emotional Experience Layer and Behavioral Decision Layer. Thus, this model plays the role of cornerstone in our study. On its basis, we get it involved in the design practice, and apply our model to user information collection, real design process and evaluation so as to verify the feasibility and value.
