Research And Implement On The Production System Of Port Group Based On Collaboration Management

At present, enterprises are facing with the challenges of cross-organizational coordination, intensity of the information communication, loosely organizational form and so on. It makes the collaboration between both inside and outside of the enterprise and even the whole industry chain more important. The collaboration management is becoming a new trend of enterprise management innovation. The collaborative enterprise has become the most advanced status of modern enterprise management. The operations of the port group distribute cross regions and they are very complex and ever-changing. The efficiency of the information communication in the group is very low. There is no efficient information-sharing. So much business data can not be fully utilized effectively and a large number of resources can not be shared effectively inside the whole group. So in response to the fierce competition, meeting the requirements of the development of the Group, narrowing the gap between the port group between the Port Corporations both at home or abroad, improving the structure of the group governance, building a coordination business system, promoting the reorganization of the business model of the group and achieving leap-forward development, it has important significance to research the production system of port group on the basis of collaborative management.This dissertation firstly introduces the background and significance of the research, and then analyzes the newest achievements and progress about the theory of collaborative management as the theoretical basis for the dissertation. It introduces the status of the production system of the port group and analyzes the significance of implementing the collaborative management and the collaborative capacity of the system. Then it puts forward the content and steps of implementing the collaborative management. Under the guidance of the thought of collaboration, the dissertation analyzes the information demand of the production system of port group and then implements the system functions of the train operating system with SOA architecture and workflow technology after designing. At the end of the dissertation, it analyzes the collaborative management combined with the real project of the author.
