Research Of Port Piece-Rate System Based On Rule Base

Port is the hub of sea and land transport, which is an important place for trade and the distribution of goods. With the rapid development of the global economy, the port gradually evolved into the center of the allocation of resources and logistics, which plays an increasingly important role in international trade. Along with the continuous expansion of port operations, modern management have become increasingly demanding. In the port industry, the piece rate is still the main form of payment.However, with the development of port information; the original piece-rate system which is calculated based has been unable to meet the needs of reality.The rule-base technology developes on the basis of the combination of artificial intelligence technology and database technology. It can manage a large number of business rules and complex knowledge and experience. Rule base system is an expert system, which can achieve rule-based reasoning, matching, and be able to provide users with analysis to determine the outcome. Using rule-based piece-rate system can fully meet meet business needs.This article is based on the information of Guangzhou Group. 1 study deeply on the design of rule base. First, this paper presents a rule-based piece-rate library system design. Second, with a comprehensive analysis of many factors that will be involved in the wage calculation and the use of knowledge representation of production, Paper establishes a model of a complete rule base. Third, with a comprehensive analysis of existing processes and mode of payment of wages and the use of JAVA and J2EE technologies classic structure, this paper completes the design and implementation of the piece-rate system.
