With the rapid development of mobile communications, mobile value-added services based on mobile communications become a key business concerned by the majority. It allows people to communicate with a brand-new way of information exchange, which has a profound impact on people's lives work. However, in the original operating mode, operators only play the role of platform provider, important information such as user data, order relations are in the hands of the SP. SP interacts with end-users directly. OP lacks of supervision of the SP, so there is illegal phenomenon from time to time.The actual project which this paper relies to is a set of custom-build value-added integrated business system for China Mobile in the Business Research Institute of ZTE Corporation. Author used to develop the system when she was an internship student in the company. System can bring a brand new business mode for mobile value-added services for the OP / CP (content provider) / SP, also it will make value-added services going on the track of sound progress. Firstly, system will take back authority from SP, and manage the order relationship in order to eliminate irregularities by SP; Secondly, system allows OP to play the role of self-SP, and it will reconstruct the homogenization content of CP to build their own business brand; Thirdly, the system provide users with consistent business portal and operational experience by shielding off CP for user. It is proved that the capability of supervising CP/SP by their operation provider has been enhanced; the rate of customer complaints has declined markedly as well.Mobile value-added services integrated system is an integrated service bearer system, it regard mobile business as the core and regard user portal, business gateway as support. On one hand, system can used to integrate SP/CP by OP; On the other hand, system allows OP to play the role of self-SP in order to improve the capability of business. It has an integration function of complete certification, billing and authentication. System also supports SMS, MMS, WAP and other integrated services. Meanwhile, system will use Web Service to provide standard interface for third parties. In that way, they can develop rich and flexible business quickly and easily, which improve competitiveness of operation provider on service difference and even flourish the mobile value-added market. The study work by author in this paper mainly involves the following aspects: ①Base on system's requirement and core values, mainly research on its network structure, overall model structure and main order process.②Resolve the core problem in ordering flow by using a series of scheduling strategy. On the basis of user-centric, design a personalized advanced scheduling strategy use AHP modeling in order to improve service quality.③Realize communication among distributed parts in system by using particular internal communication protocols in system.④Design the architecture of system by using Struts and EJB technology of distributed application development based on the Java EE platform, use Web Service to provide common business interface to third-party value-added services developers.⑤Modeling the core business model of system and use a typical module for detail design. Finally use a solution to optimize development efficiency and speed of data exchange.
