| Navigation mark is the basic facilities of the waterway, and its management mode impact on the quality of waterway transport directly. The traditional management mode of navigation mark mainly relies on patrol boats regularly patrol. However, this way brings out high costs of maintenance, low efficiency of management, poor real-time and high labor intensity and so on. Along with the fast development of computer, communication and GPS technology, the digital navigation mark which take modern management method is appear. Due to the narrow inland waterway, the modern management method put forward higher demand of digital navigation mark. Positioning precision and system capacity are the key factors which restrict the digital navigation mark widely using on inland waterway. Therefore, how to design a high precision navigation mark telemetering system, as well as increase system capacity has become one of the most important tasks in navigation mark digital management.The thesis firstly introduced the digital navigation mark status, analyzed functional requirements, positioning mode and communication of navigation mark telemetering system, then proposed a solution to high precision navigation mark telemetering system, constructed the system structure and discussed the selection of key element. Secondly, the paper started the system design. This system used ARM embedded hardware platform, GPS positioning module and GSM wireless communication module to achieve navigation mark digital management. The design of navigation mark telemetering system is comprised of hardware design and software design. Hardware part design involved several circuit modules design, such as ARM microprocessor power supply circuit, memory circuit, GPS module interface circuit, GSM module interface circuit, low power consumption design, and so on. The software design included software structure and flow of telemetry terminal, initialize program, GPS data acquisition and processing program, navigation mark state acquisition and processing program, fault diagnosis program, data communication program, communication protocol, and programming of monitoring center software.Aiming at the requirement of high precision positioning of digital navigation mark, the paper analyzed the types and characteristics of the GPS positioning error, researched on the method of improving positioning precision and the identification plan of shift location, and then tested the shift location of navigation mark by this method. Because the data processing quantity of monitoring center would affect the system capacity, this paper adopted a sort of fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy inference to identification the state of navigation mark in telemetering terminal, established the mathematical model of fuzzy fault diagnosis, gave the reasoning process and the example. |
