| Based on the research background of PLC/HMI reform project for underground sewerage control system of Daihe Coal Mine, and the reference selection of many related literatures, this paper makes a detailed statement related to the actual state, general development and trend of PLC, touch screen and coal mine underground sewerage computer-control, and draws out the design proposal of automatic control system at the central pump room according to the requirements of the coal mine. The paper expounds the reform and design process of old underground pump room electric control system, for which the programming, display and control function of Mitsubishi FX series PLC and GTO100 series touch screen. Besides, the corresponding control programs are compiled. In this paper, the problems and shortages of the original strain during the operation are summed up and the design proposal and content after the reform are elaborated here. The primary function of this system is to realize the inspection, set and dynamic monitoring to the site working parameters through touch screen image switching, complete the archiving of the historical data and the abnormal signal alarm, and real-time control the pump run condition and start the pump in good time through inspecting water-chamber water level and other parameters, which achieves the pump-unit fully-automatic control of true unmanned operation. It is of great importance to improve the automatization for the coal production, to quicken informationization and networking construction and to promote the development of old state-owned coal mine through"increasing efficiency by downsizing payrolls". |
