| As Chinese economy and the rapid development of the oil industry, oil field pumping unit to the traditional manual operation and maintenance of far from enough to meet the requirements of modern oil production. In order to effectively improve the efficiency of oil production and management level, while safeguarding the security of oil production and reduce the manual labor intensity can be long-range real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis method has been applied to a combination of oil production. This paper takes the research of the on line fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the oil pumping machine based on GPRS as the research object. It study the pump well indicator ,which is the high with the performance MCU as the core and embedded real-time operating system as the base, adopting many kinds of sensors technology, the GPRS wireless data communication technology and data processing algorithm.We research the structure of on line fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the oil pumping machine based on GPRS, which is based on analyzing oil field production special request. We design the composition of on line fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the oil pumping machine indicator and its electromagnetic compatibility, and the methods of the fault diagnosis. We designed the on line fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the oil pumping machine with the C8051F020 MCU as the core of systerm and completes the sensors and the signal processing electric circuit, the man-machine alternately, the motor control,the wireless communication module connection design.We completed the on line fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the oil pumping machine based on GPRS software design with Keil C software development platform and the C language. The software realizes the functions of the system, which are included of the system start, the data acquisition, the data analysis and fault diagnosis, the GPRS wireless communication module connection.Research found in the diagram show a large quantity of data acquisition and GPRS data transmission network in very limited quantities of contradictions. In accordance with previous BP neural network-based data compression method, the subject of the trial to be BP neural network algorithm and the load curve in relation to time. According to simulation results in the laboratory, the algorithm can achieve better data compression results.Indicated through the utilization simulated at the laboratory, on line fault diagnosis and monitoring system of the oil pumping machine based on GPRS can be realized. We can predominate the real-time informations of the oil pumping machine by the data acquisition and data analysis, and work out the fault diagnosis. |
