According to the present management status of the enterprise,and based on the demand analysis,the main operation flows are sum up,the OA system is divided into 17 models and make a detailed analysis of demand about the function of each module.Then based on the analysis of demand achieving the goal of design,datasheet and the function about the system,Finally,by analyzing and comparing the current development tools and language,Zend Studio and MySQL are selected for the former development tool and PHP language and the background database respectively,then the file transmission module,the internal e-mail module,the internal short message module, the personal attendance module,the personal constitution module and the organization establish module are developed.
