Research And Development On Quality Control System Of Multiple Species And Small Batch Based On GT

This thesis discussed the significance and the status of quality control management. Aiming at the characteristics and problems in multiple species and small batch manufacturing, group technology and statistical process control was introduced. Based on the family process and the data transform, control charts and process capability index were used to monitor the manufacturing process. Finally, by analyzing and comparing the current development tools and language, Visual Studio 2003, the C# language and SQL Server were selected for the former development tool and the background database respectively, then the department management sub-module, the individual management sub-module, the process classification encoding sub-module, the rotary-type parts quality planning sub-module, the rotary-type parts quality information sub-module, the rotary-type parts quality analysis sub-module, the rotary-type parts quality statements sub-module. It had the important practical significance to study the topic.
