| Wireless sensor network is a wireless network without infrastructure, which ingrates sensor technology, embedded compute technology, distributed information processing technology and wireless communications technology. It is becoming the mainstream technology that solves problem such as wide area monitoring, equipment scatter layout and so on in automatic wireless meter reading (AMR).According to the characteristics of wireless sensor network that AMR needs, this paper designed the architecture, researched and improved some key technologies including time synchronization, topology control, routing, network management etc. of wireless sensor network, and simulated these technologies. The result show that the time synchronization protocol could achieve the desired effect, the topology and routing protocol had greater throughput , small time delay and could prevent and control network congestion, which could ensure the requirement of QoS in ARM. |
