| The ocean has played an important role in the coastal country's economic development and military security. If we want to better manage and use the ocean, it is necessary to carry out a wide range of and in-depth ocean monitoring. In the ocean monitoring, the United States and other developed countries do better, but our country's ocean monitoring equipments and instruments are still comparatively backward. Therefore, this paper presents a marine monitoring equipment - the Intelligent Voyage Ocean Monitoring System.The main endeavor of this paper is to mend the shortage of VOS (volunteer ship observation system), develop a new intelligent voyage monitoring system using the new technologies and according with the new national standard. The system will enlarge the carrier types and monitoring range, perfect the maintenance method, reduce the difficulty of data playback, improve the system stability, change the behindhand complexion of the ocean monitoring equipments in our country.This paper detailedly discusses the problems and deficiencies of the current ocean monitoring system, and the design of the subject.This paper selects and designs the acquisition cards, the central processing card, monitors, printers and communications equipment of the host. It implements the integrated design of the intelligent voyage ocean monitoring system, reduces the volume of the equipment and facilitates the installation. The software and the hardware were combined to effectively implement the large-capacity storage of the observational data, reducing the difficulty of the maintenance and ensuring the stability of the system input.The VOS automatic measuring and reporting system takes the course measured by the GPS navigation systems to be the ship heading. It causes the big error of the true wind calculation. This subject introduces the position sensor to directly measure the ship heading. The magnetic north measured by the position sensor is different from the true north. By introducing the GPS system which can output the magnetic declination according to the local geographical coordinates,it uses the magnetic declination to calculate the ship heading correspond to the true north. So the subject can effectively ensure the calculated value's precision and accuracy of the true wind.Contraposed the conflict of the communication signal coverage region and the communication rates, the subject has made a lot of works at the design of communication systems. According to the scope of navigation of the ship and the sea area of other carriers, the intelligent voyage ocean monitoring system can choose any communication style from the INMARSAT transceiver, Beidou satellite transceiver and GPRS / CDMA wireless signal transceiver. According to the characteristics of ship navigation, the subject designs an intelligent switch device of the wireless network communication and satellite communication, the device can intelligently choice the communication network. So the observational data density and real-time transmission of the ocean monitoring system has been effectively enhanced,and the remote playback of the observational data has been successfully implemented. It eliminates the pain of long-distance travel of the Staff and saves cost.In order to facilitate system debugging, and further reduce system maintenance costs, the subject implements the wired in-system programming of the data acquisition board. At the same time because GPRS / CDMA communication cost is low and has a large quantity of data transmission, on the basis of it the subject successfully implements the remote in-system programming of the data acquisition board and implements the remote upgrading of the data acquisition system.By using the object-oriented programming techniques,the subject separately makes the operate class for some function modules. Some operate classes were finally realized the reuse of code, and even some operate classes are also successfully applied to other topics, effectively improved the speed of programming and reduced the amount of code maintenance.Experiments prove that the subject has achieved a better goal, of course, there are inadequacies in this subject. Based on the research of the subject a number of new topics are coming into force. |
