With the rapid development of Internet and maturing of P2P network technology, the applications based on P2P technology continuously emerge. The P2P-based resource-sharing has become one of the most widely application in P2P network services.Because of the Characteristics of open and without server on P2P networks, P2P-based resource-sharing services lack effective supervision mechanisms and incentive mechanism, which is currently the most challenging problem in P2P applications. In this paper, the calculation method of global trust has the characteristics of continuous access, variable attributes, which could dynamically adjust the global trust value of the nodes according to the factors' changes, such as the network environment. It solves the problem of global trust lacking of real-time monitor and incentive mechanism.In this paper, the main jobs are as follows:1. This paper designes a UCONP2P model based on UCON (Usage Control). In the light of the main/object property of the node and the environment property on P2P network, the model appropriates the permissions granted and corresponding service level to the node combined with UCONP2P decision-making factors (authorized, responsibilities, conditions, verification). This model has the functions of continuous control, property variability and validation function. The validation function could verify the resources and node identity, and could effectively prevent the illegal distribution and illegal nodes visit. According to the degree of the nodes meet to the P2P environment, the UCONP2P model could timely adjust the credibility value of the node, which could dynamically give the credibility values to the nodes. The model could improve the utilization of network resources, especially fitting for the dynamic P2P network environments.2. This paper constructs a P2P resource-sharing framework, the global trust value calculation method of which considers following factors: the node history global trust value; the document satisfaction degree and services satisfaction degree to other nodes in interactive process; the authorized results based on UCONP2P model. This resource-sharing framework supports for multi-source transmission, which could provide the node corresponding service permissions according to the global trust value of the node. This resource-sharing framework could avoid node cheating other nodes by uploading low-quality documents after getting good trust value, and could prevent lower upload speed after having high download speed.3. The simulation verifys the application of the UCONP2P model in P2P resource sharing. The experiments confirms that UCONP2P model could timely detect that the bad nodes in P2P network, and that the model could adjust the download speed of the nodes according to the change of network load.
