FieldBus is the bottom network of Computer Communication System in the field of automation.According to the International Electrotechnical Commission standards and Fieldbus Foundation definition:'Fieldbus is a way to connect instruments in a manufacturing plant.Fieldbus works on a network structure which typically allows daisy-chain,star,ring,branch,and tree network topologies'.Nowadays,the Fieldbus is becoming a focus of the automation technological development.DeviceNet Fieldbus invented by Rockwell is one of the Fieldbus.It's open, efficient,low-cost,and suitable for manufacturing sector,industrial control and power systems,and it has very wide prospects for development of Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment.In China,ODVA(Open DeviceNet Vendor Association) had established the ODVA China,and became the national standard in 2003.The purpose of this paper is to improve the applications of the domestic industrial automation technology,to improve the efficiency and to reduce the costs.It is of great significance in keeping synchronization of technology between home and abroad.The main tasks of the paper are listed as follows.First introduce the main concept,characteristics,development status of Fieldbus.Then introduce the origin and characteristics of the DeviceNet Fieldbus. Consequently,discusse the significance of the paper.And then,research and analysis the DeviceNet Fieldbus protocol.According to the protocol,participated in designing and developing the hardware platforms,and designed and developed the Master's CAN driver,the protocol of the DeviceNet application layer and the DeviceNet network management and application systems on my own.With the Slave constructed a typical Master/Slave network,thereby an easy, high reliable and low-cost fieldbus solution achieved.Finally,show the conclusion of the study,the prospect in future,and some authors' opinions on DeviceNet FieldBus products. |
