With the development of computer technology, network technology, database technology and communication technology, automation of railway information system has greatly improved. The railway transportation and traffic dispatching have also been put into more application. However, in the railway system the information management to test accidents and breakdowns, repair them and maintain the system still mainly relies on manual management, so automation and intelligence of the railway system have not reached an advanced level yet.This article first proposed auxiliary information management system to repair breakdowns based on combination of B/S and C/S model. The system adopts UML modeling language. The development platform uses Microsoft's .NET technology framework. Development language uses the mixed-language model of C#.NET and VB.NET. The system involves various types of data storage, inquiring and transmission based on the use of ADO.NET technology. Therefore, it can also support a special type - the type of image data. For some sensitive data, the system keeps security mechanisms and cites encryption algorithms.Finally, the functional modules were briefly introduced and the interface was demonstrated in a simple way.Based on the theories of technology and software development, the present study realized the auxiliary information management system to repair breakdowns in the railway power supply. Furthermore, the database of problems laid the foundations of establishing intelligent system.
