| Reference circuit is a vital basic module in the analog IC design,and it includes voltage and current reference. Their temperature stability and the power supply rejection ratio, as well as noise and so on will affect the performance and accuracy of the entire circuit. The high-performance power reference, which is used to CSMC 0.5um CMOS technology applied to "spm2200 magnetic card decoder chip", is the focus of research in this article.This article firstly introduce the development of history and current situation of the reference ,and set out the basic principles of Bandgap reference, as well as performance indicators and the parameters of the common voltage and current reference .Then in accordance with "spm2200 magnetic card decoder chip", and based on the Bandgap reference, we design vcc / 2 +1 V, vcc / 2 +0.1 V voltage reference and the 10uA, 5uA current reference. CSMC 0.5um COMS to further the process to the parameters of the model simulation showed that they have very high power supply rejection ratio and good temperature stability, in line with the actual circuit. And then we design the entire layout of the circuit, finally use the Cadence tools for layout verification of circuit"Dracula"for DRC and LVS verification successfully. These demonstrate the feasibility of the circuit layout design. After the Layout verification carried out, we simulate the top circuit. The IC front-to-back design is completed ideally. |
