The Design And Realization Of Coal Handling Program Control And Teaching System Based On PLC

This paper introduced the designing and realization methods of coal handling program control and teaching system.We imitated the coal handling system of power plant and designed a coal handling equipment used on teaching.This equipment can be supervised and controlled through the equipment,PLC and industrial computer.S7-300 PLC of Siemens is regarded as the key controller and decentralized I/O ET-200S as subordinate basis.Coal handling program control and teaching system is controlled through(Fieldbus) PROFIBUS-DP network.Teaching system is included in supervising system,theory knowledge about coal handling and PLC are imbedded in the multiple-choice tests.This system is developed for helping students familiarizing the control process,making experimenting teaching and training thermal process worker and centralized control worker, students or trainee can study well through operating and running,as well as answer and question practices,held correlative knowledge expertly.
