Research And Realization Of Workflow Engine Based On Service-Oriented Architecture

With the rapid development of enterprise business and rapidly changing of business model,there is a higher demand on reusability and scalability of software.The traditional structure has been unable to meet these requirements,so how to provide a high-speed, flexible, cross-platform and reliable structure model?This time,enterprise proposed that the operation flow is the core for the managment system,which recombined process with the business change.Workflow technology realizes automation and standardization of business processes.Workflow engine is a core of the workflow management system ,which is responsible for running processes, work item processing, process modeling, process monitoring and so on. However, with the development of multi-mode systems integration, the business collaboration between enterprise's heterogeneous business collaboration platform is gradually frequent.The capinfo workflow exist problem such as small particle size,weak flexible,and it used rmi that makes the system limited to JAVA platform.To solve this problem,this dissertation proposes the workflow engine based on SOA. SOA is a distributed component-based software architecture,which has the characteristics of loosely coupled and is beneficial to Interoperability between systems and reuse.Based on these characteristics, there is no doubt that soa promoted the improvement of workflow's scalability and flexibility.This dissertation holds that the introduction of SOA into the workflow engine is one of the most feasible technical way to improve performance of workflow system.First of all, this dissertation summarized the basic concepts and implementation technology of SOA, and then analyzed the traditional workflow technology and workflow management system architecture.Second, After deep analysis of the heart of the workflow system ---- Workflow engine,according to the poor reusability of capinfo Workflow. This dissertation used component technology to package workflow engine, which is divided into a number of independent components. Based on workflow service encapsulation, this dissertation gives the formalization descriptions of organization model and process model, data model, and redesigned workflow system by particle size requirements to achieve loose coupling, technology independence and flexibility of workflow system.
