Research And Application On Component-based GIS In Real-estate Government Affair

However, this system lacks the effective dynamic-monitoring of the real estate market. Along with the GIS technology's development, develops the GIS system becomes more and more complex, the GIS system's reusability becomes very low, the component-based GIS appearance has solved this problem. This article studied the GIS system's characteristic and the main trend of development first. After compared several kind of current GIS development technology, I obtains the EJB component-based GIS system have certain advantages, decide to develop the system with EJB technology and applies the system in the real estate government affair.Secondly, this paper has analyzed service demand of the real estate government affair. We provide diagram function based on the GIS system's data, which is used to improve the efficiency of real estate unitsFinally, this paper proposed an EJB component-based GIS system model and application. The system uses a four-layer structure, provides GIS, data diagram and many other components. Not only solute tradition's GIS problem in reusability and function limitation, but also has higher economic effectiveness and more practicability.
