| With the development of China's shiping industry and mutipal increasement of the port throughput,the manual pilot scheduling mode turns out to be an important factor of the port's development,Thus,develop a new system of automatic pilot scheduling has become the top priority.Pilot scheduling mainly includes three main aspects:the combination of pilot tasks,the scheduling of pilots and the arrangement of the transportation vehicles like cars and boats.On the basis of the realistic survey of harbor's pilot scheduling,this thesis fristly discusses the current situation of the pilot scheduling and the disadvantages of the traditional manual scheduling.A new method of scheduling is proposed based on the realistic situation of harbors,which solves the problems of pilot scheduling,including the combination of pilot tasks,the scheduling of the pilot and visualization of pilot scheduling and so on.Compared with the practical scheduling results of Ningbo harbor, the feasibility of system is verified.The system has great practical value,which largely rises pilot scheduling's efficiency and greatly reduces the scheduling people's work load.The specific works are the following:(1) Combination of the realistic situation of harbor's pilot scheduling,as well as the related laws and regulations,the principles and methods of pilot scheduling are summarized.(2) A method of alterable sequence is put forward on the scheduling of pilots.Two assessment indexes,tire level and daily average pilot time,are defined.This method solves the existing problems in pilot scheduling like unfair and unreasonable,insures the fairness and effectiveness of the pilots' duty.(3) A general framework of oracle-based pilot scheduling visualization is established,which realizes the dynamic display of visual elements and data exchange in visual editing process.(4) An algorithm for quick pick-up based on tree is implemented,which solves the problem of rapid picking up of visual elements in visual editing process. |
