The Design Of The Ocean Database Structure And Draft Of Data Standards In Hebei Province

At present,the construction of a variety of information databases becomes to be the signs of a national science and teclmology development and improvement.The ocean resource's development and the use technology day by day are also mature,carries on processing the sea information scientifically,renew the data immediately and manage the data effectively appears more and more important.Thus and thus,establish the ocean database already became the necessity in actual development.Ocean database provide the convenience to the community,at ocean data share and service,however,the country ocean database is completed rarely,there is no complete system and data standards,moreover this,the database construction specifications are not unified.In order to line with National Oceanic database build project,regional and provincial data sub-library construction has begun,the region of South Sea,North Sea and the provinces Tianjin,Qingdao and some other places have built the relevant database,Hebei Ocean Database building as part of the basic technology platform is under construction.Because it is still in construction phase,regional and sub-provincial information database of ocean resources are also faced with missing data,framework,no unified standards and many other questions,many questions need to be further perfection.In this paper,through searching and analyzing many of statistical analysis and the available data,comparative data system at home and abroad related to the construction,use and management,combined with our country the construction of the ocean database system,a Hebei Ocean Database building system set up,it set up for three sub-databases database-level framework,including the natural environment and ocean resources information data,the design of the 8 data sub-libraries and 12 sub-data sets.This first part is an introduction.It introduces the current construction situation of the international ocean database and the constructive framework,content and data regulations of our country.It also analysis the construction status of the regional and coastal provinces' ocean database,so as to provide a precondition for the database construction mode of Hebei Province.The second part summarizes the construction condition and background of ocean database in Hebei province.Through analysis the oceanic state,the basic natural conditions, the ocean scientific level and the ocean resources of this province to research the condition and direction of the ocean database construction in Hebei Province.The third part mainly constructs the ocean database framework of Hebei Province. Through integrating the existing data and analysis current technological condition to the basic framework,data structure,sub-Library sort,data item settings,and establish the dividing standards of the data item.The fourth part establishes the data construction regulations such as the data sources,the data processing method,the data collection of the ocean database in Hebei Province.It also introduces the content of the professional glossary and the data format and so on.The fourth part of the database in the existing marine research and marine database, Hebei Construction work practice,summing up the regional,provincial marine construction and use of the database,should pay attention to the problem.
