Design And Implement Of InforFlow-based Digital City Management System

Digital City Manage System is new management model of city management.It uses digital,information-based measures to solve the problem of traditional city management. The system separates problem reporting with problem solving,command with supervision to improve the efficiency of city management.Digital City Manage System is the foundation of the Digital City,it is the main part of information-based city.Based on the traditional city management model,this dissertation found that the analysis of the problems with information technology as a means of city management to optimize and improve the process,and then implement new model of digital city management.The new model will be fully integrated information technology resources and city management resources,scientific and rational design of the city management system in the management of the tremendous changes taken place at the same time,saving a great deal of manpower,material and financial resources.For example,the end-use reporting technology allows supervisors to inspect all-weather,the rate of problem founding increases;J2EE-based architecture and the function of the file statistics for the various positions,the efficiency of the staff to carry out evaluation;another example is the introduction of the software in a workflow engine,the city management processes and flexible definition of clear responsibilities of each position.As a further means of information technology use,the level of city management will be increasing resources conservation,the reducing of city parts missing and the building damage is promoting the city.
