With the rapid development of computer network and multimedia techniques, the intellectual property rights of digital media are getting more and more important. Digital watermarking has attracted wide attention as a new solution to copyright protection of the digital works and become a research hotspot of international academy. Digital watermarking which embeds an imperceptible signal (watermark) into the digital works in order to protect or monitor it. It is imperceptible and dose not affect use value of original works. Therefore, how to develop the robust digital image watermarking schemes has been a key problem in the past years. In this paper, three novel image watermarking schemes are proposed to cope with the attacks.1,In this paper ,a new digital image watermarking algorithm is proposed based on support vector regression (SVR).According to the local correlation of image, this algorithm can select steady feature vector and get the SVR train model. Then, embedding or extracting watermark signal can be finished by applying the SVR train model. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is not only invisible and robust against common signals processing such as noise adding, JPEG compression, sharpening, smoothing, filtering, and contrast enhancement, but also robust against the geometric attacks such as shearing, distortion. Especially, it performs better than other SVM image watermarking schemes.2,In this paper ,a new digital image watermarking algorithm is proposed based on support vector regression (SVR).According to the correlation of wavelet coefficients between its neighbor coefficients and homologous coefficients of same level subband, this algorithm can select steady feature vector and get the SVR train model. Then, embedding or extracting watermark signal can be finished by applying the SVR train model. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is not only invisible and robust against common signals processing, but also robust against the geometric attacks such as shearing, distortion.3,According to the Support Vector Regression (SVR) and local image characteristics, a new robust image watermarking algorithm against desynchronization attacks is proposed, which uses support vector machine (SVM) to discover the inherent relation among selected some pixels and their neighboring pixels. Due to the good learning ability and generalization ability of SVM under the limited training samples, it can well learn the above relation. According to the relation model, a bit of the watermark is embedded and extracted. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is not only invisible, but also robust against common signals processing and global geometric distortion.
