The Analysis Of The Training Of The Modern Television Media's Advanced Personnel

Along with the coming of 21st century. Dissemination of information becomes the basic condition to decide the people's survive and develop and the use of other resources on the development and possession of the way. One of them, the public television has become the main channel for information, quickly and easily, the synchronized of picture and sound, compared to newspapers, radio and network, the influence of television is unique, and the television are popular. Because of the rapid development of television, the major that related to television has also become a hot major in school. As the main major of the cultivation of the advanced talent of television, the art of broadcast and television is more and more popular in hundreds of colleges and universities.The art of broadcast and television is an applied science. For the modern media, its education target is to cultivate the creation and theoretical study of advanced composite talents that combine the news communication with the radio, film and television. On the one hand, the hot running situation of many types of schools can improve the development of TV, but on the other hand, it can also generate a lot of shortages. For example, strong utilitarian, uneven level of teaching, the teaching programs also have strong randomness. Many students come from the original audio-visual department or the college of liberation. The audio-visual department value technology, the college of liberation pay attention to theoretical study. They are not in conformity with the quality of the media professionals. These problems lead to some people are of no avail in society, the supply and demand do not match. As the main person in postgraduate education——tutor is also has many problems. Some tutors are irresponsible and have too many students. These conditions are not do good to the cultivation of students. On the severe contradictions of the urgent need in television media and training of advanced schools, we need to construct a reasonable framework for the media eco-system, communication with the need of social media to the output of universities.First, this thesis outlines our country's history and development of media education. Next, the thesis specific evaluates our country's cultivation of advanced personnel in television media——postgraduates and point out their development status and existence problems with specific instance. Through case study and analysis of quantitative survey methodology, the thesis sums up three models of how to cultivate the media professionals, including composite training model, major training model and critical theory training model. For different training models, I choose three schools, Shandong Normal University, Communication University of China, Beijing Normal University, do specific analysis from all the perspective, identify the own characteristics of various modes and their inadequacies.Lastly, I explore and sum of the basic elements and evaluation criteria of television media talents training. Different schools can accord to their different background and basic advantages, using their existing resources, positioning scientific and accurately, find the path of characteristic development which belongs to them.At this, I mainly sum up three development paths, including the university that mainly cultivate applied research talents, the university that mainly cultivate theoretical research talents, and the university that only cultivate applied research talents. This thesis guide colleges and universities to change their conceptions, integrate their teachers, breakthrough the collective anxiety, actively promote the system of many instructors; the thesis also focus on the general ability of students, such as the theoretical level, artistic taste, skills to operate; except these, this thesis advocate universities to set up good cooperation relationship with the media, construct a reasonable ecological environment of media personnel training with the output, and deal with the contradiction between personnel training and social needs finally. In conclusion, the thesis's purpose is to upgrade the overall level of media education from all aspects, to enable our country's television development to have a brilliant future, improve the overall quality of all the people and promote the progress of harmonious social.
