As a complex mechatronical welting machine,automatic pocket welting machine is a kind of high efficiency,high-quality,and high-accuracy automatic welting machine compared with manual operating.More and more garment factories are equipped by automatic pocket welting technology,so research on the automatic pocket welting machine can meet the demand of market.In this paper,based on the analysis of mechanical structure,electrical system,and working principle,a control scheme based on ARM9 S3C2410 and embedded WinCE is put forward to achieve its requirements.In accordance with requirements and processor,the design of the controller's circuit includes the smallest control system,power circuit,Serial-port transmission, LCD and touch screen control unit,input and output interface.The motion of machine is droved both by electrical and pneumatic unit.The design of pneumatic system and the selection of reference pneumatic units are analyzed in the paper.In the part of software,the works mainly contain bootloader of system,custom-tailor of OS(WinCE) and user interface based on EVC.In the end,debugging of the whole system is carried out.The process of design is based on OS WinCE,in which the user interface is simple and easy to operate for workers.Traditional pocket welting machine is improved in the process of development.Optimize of the software in system is also considered.
