Physical Chemistry Test Management System is a Management Information System that manages Physical & Chemistry Test Information from the laboratory. The System unites the separated test groups, achieves the aimed test affair, and helps managing laboratories' resource, enhances the efficiency. As network environment became more and more complicated, all the IT related people find difficulty in managing the network resources efficiently in order to satisfy the changeable user requirements and enhance the system module reusing rate. The initial centralized management model can no longer meet the demand of today's large-scale network performance management. Although the subsequence distributed management model improves the openness and extensibility of the system to a certain extent, it still cannot adapt to the network's immense heterogeneity due to its low interoperability. Consequently Physical & Chemistry Test Management System should not only attach the Physical & Chemistry Test Management function, but also lay stress on high expansibility and interoperability. This paper aims to solve this problem.Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a new software architecture pronounced in recent years. It combines component oriented method with Web technology and uses standard Internet protocol such as HTTP, SMTP, so it independs of platforms and languages. Web Service overcomes the limitation of traditional distributed computing model on communication and application, thereby allows the enterprise and individual to establish global application fast and cheaply.This paper starts with the application requirement and technical characteristic of SOA. Firstly, system structure and technical specification of SOA are analyzed. Secondly, the characteristics of Web Service, which is compatible to different operation systems and distributed, are discussed.According to the demands of the project, an idea is proposed to construct a management platform, which is based on Web Service, and forms layered platform architecture with the mentioned conceptual model. Lastly, the management platform and run-time container is instantiated.The system is based on the J2EE system, which is platform-independent, multi-layered, distributed, transactional, standard application architecture and a nature Web Service platform for designing, developing, implementing systems with components. The method of solving system problems by EJB components is the key researched in this paper, which combines the technique of components and the method of software development based on the J2EE system structure. This thesis also explains part of some key technologies used in the process of designing, such as CMP, stateless session bean and application dispatch. Every component can run on different EJB servers independently and have strong autonomous property. The EJB container provides system-level services to enable the security, parallel nature and transaction handling which also guarantees the independence among different unites without collision. The system has been tested to prove a practical applicable value, and accord to the anticipation. It's a tutor for the corporation to develop new SOA application, using the common methods and templates formed in developing this SOA application.This paper advances the system and method from a distributed Physical & Chemistry Test Management System in dynamic integrated net environment. Using Web Service, you can encapsulate the System modules, and then use the Service from uniform platform. The platform less and code less achieves. This SOA system can use in any distributed environment. This paper also advances Web Service encapsulation for the system, and choices the granularity for the system Service, designs SOA based System. The System has the Excellency, such as opening, integration and currency, using the Service Oriented Design. This SOA system realizes the ESB system integrated architecture from Service Provider, Service Requester and Service Broker.
