The Application And Research Of AMR2 Voice Codec Technology In The Media Server

Digital Voice without any treatment account for a large amount of data,Direct transmission and storage will take up a large number of channel resources and storage space.That how to efficiently compress encoding In ensuring a certain quality or How to improve the quality of encoded voice with the information rate in a given premise is the focus of speech coding research.In the digital mobile communication systems, speech coding technology has a key role.With the 3G mobile communication technology development,the world is rapidly moving into the information age,and move an important step forward to the era of personal communications.The characterized task of the paper is a comprehensive introduction to the 3G mobile communications used in speech coding algorithm,in particular,focuses on AMR and AMR2 algorithm,and to study the AMR algorithm of the key technologies IP bearer.In accordance with Henan Mobile CRBT system IP needs,designed and implemented a media server in the voice codec interface module and the Nb module.The main work of this article reads as follows:(1)Research on variable-rate speech codec-related knowledge,analysis of the algorithm structure of G.711,AMR and AMR2 voice codec,as well as conduct in-depth study of rate control,voice activity detection(VAD) and other key technologies.(2)Make deep discussion and study on the mobile communication network,media gateway(MGW) and media server(MS),also realize the IP bearer of AMR2 voice technology.(3)Put forward using the voice codec AMR2 format encoding format,design AMR voice codec process and achieve AMR2 voice encoder with the demand for real-time transfer rate of conversion of the request of Henan Mobile Ring Back Tone system.(4)Study the knowledge of variable rate voice codec,analyse on the voice codec algorithm structure of G.711,AMR and AMR2.make deep research on the rate control,voice activity detective and other key technologies.
