With the construction of dedicated passenger line,and the train speed has been constantly raising on existing main line,it is urgent to develop high performance train control system to guarantee train operation safety and efficiency.In our country,it has been decided that CTCS-3 is unified technical platform standard on 300 km/h dedicated passenger line.So,here comes the problem whether the on-board equipment can meet CTCS-3 standards.On-board Equipment takes responsibility for all safety-related tasks, and it is the core equipment of CTCS-3.On-board Equipment Testing is the most important part of CTCS-3 Testing.Based on the research of the third-party test platform of the present railway signal system home and abroad,and according to the characteristics of CTCS-3,this paper introduces the method for testing on-board equipment,and completes the architecture design of the CTCS-3 on-board equipment test platform,and at the same time it explains the principle of the CTCS-3 on-board equipment test platform.The analysis shows that test cases generation and test sequence generation are the key problems that will be further studied.Aiming at the first key problem,this paper presents a train operation process model based method.The generation of test case is divided into two stages.In the first stage, function features are obtained from system requirement specification.Test cases are created according to the train operation processions modeling graph in the second stage.About the second key problem,this paper puts forward a genetic algorithm based method for optimize test sequence generation.Using the advantages of genetic algorithm in resolving the problem of Chinese postman,the problem of test sequence generation is transformed into Chinese postman problem and genetic algorithm is used. In the first place,the on-board equipment modes transfer diagram is transformed into sub-sequence diagram,and then optimize test sequences are obtained through the genetic algorithm.The analyzed results show that the presented test cases generation method can significantly reduce the number of the test cases with testing integrity guarantee. Meanwhile the test efficiency is well improved by using the presented test sequence generation method,and it is a feasible method to deal with the problem of test sequence generation. Finally,the paper proposes how the on-board test platform database management tool is designed.This tool realized the function of importing test cases,optimize test sequence generation based on COM,and exporting multi-format test data,which laying a strong foundation for test platform.
