Automotive brake is the key component of auto. With the rapid development of auto industry in recent years, as well as the general improvement in people's living standard, more strict demands are put forward on the design of automotive brake. Not only to be able to meet the basic performance of brake, the design should also satisfy the strict demands on environmental protection. As a result, improving the brake design is of great realistic significance. This paper mainly studies the parameteric design of brake design and the secondary development of UG .First of all, this paper discusses the present situation and development of the research on CAD technology in domestic and foreign country, meanwhile, reviews the development process of the brakes. A feature-based parametric approach is defined to carry out the research and development on design system of disc brake. Based on defining the principle of discretization, various structure types of disc brake are disposed of scientific discretization. We Select complete sets of brake with typical characteristics and single parts to carry out a three-dimensional parametric modeling work, and establish a database of parametric model for call.In the environment of VC + + compiler, using the UG secondary development tool to complete the design of parameteric window, design of menu, design of callback function and document management system of UG model.Finally, using the programming language to complete the main interface design of the system, the frame work of the system and the program work of all modules. |
