Aircraft rescue and firefighting training system could simulate the scene of aircraft which is on fire.Airdrome fireman could do firefighting exercitation in this vivid simulative scene for enhancing the ability of reaction and security.According to the different training requirements, aircraft rescue and firefighting training system is composed of specialized aircraft fires trainer and fuel spill trainer. The control of specialized aircraft fires trainer and related sustaining system is discussed on this thesis.The detail description of general design for hardware and software is given. According to the functions of control system,the core of Step 7 series PLC made by Siemens company is conformed and industrial control computer is the real-time monitor. The configuration software WinCC is used as platform and exploitation environment at the monitoring level in the automatic control system . PLC program and configuration program is made and tested by using respective software.According to the non-linear characteristic of system and reality of hardly founding accurate mathematical model, adaptive fuzzy PID controller is applied to aircraft rescue and firefighting training system to control the jaw opening of gas valves.This article use MATLAB to design fuzzy inference system and to simulate adaptive fuzzy PID control model. The simulation results show that Adaptive fuzzy PID controller is good at adaptability, quick reaction etc.The set value of fire temperature could be achieved quickly,so the training system could provide a vivid fire scenario to airdrome firefighter. This control theory is adapted to the training system.
