| The hostile environment of the two poles greatly limits the shore-based marine and ecological environment monitoring. There is no sophisticated online monitoring system of shore-based marine environmental monitoring in the polar currently. The polar inshore marine environment monitoring system described in this paper not only has the vital significance of the study of physical oceanography and marine ecology elements in the two poles, but also helps our country to occupy a place in the global polar study and monitoring of technical aspects. The polar marine environment monitoring system based on our country's Antarctic Great Wall Station area for the trial, the system carries on long-term monitoring of eight parameters, as follows, water temperature, salinity, depth, pH, PAR, ORP, chlorophyll, and the current.The polar marine environment monitoring system is divided into the underwater control systems, the underwater sensor group and the base-station control system. The underwater control system based on C8051F020 microprocessor as the system core, controls the sensors in real-time sampling, and the data's storage and upload. The underwater sensor group integrated in the system measures the parameters of sea water. The base-station control system is mainly client-side software design. The uploaded data will be decomposed for the different of measuring parameters, and then will be real-timely displayed in the client software. The users can simultaneously save the data, or by e-mail way back country.This paper describes the major study of the development of the hardware and software of the underwater control system, in accordance with the design process of the polar monitoring system, the main research contents are as follows:1,Introduction of the research purposes and significance of the polar coastal ocean observing system's development, overall description of the system, and analysis of the plan and route of system overall design, also related to the introduction of sensors.2,Introduction of hardware design of the underwater control system, hardware design is divided in accordance with the functions into the power supply, communication of the systems and sensors, data's storage, data's upload, controlling clock, etc. Carried out a detailed study of circuit and parts of an apparatus related to these parts.3,Introduction of software design of the every hardware module, in accordance with the modular system to analyze the system function of the various parts of the program modules, and the corresponding software code to carry out detailed analysis.4,Introduction of various simulation methods of the experiment process, specific test process, and carried on the comparison of the data after test. |
