The data warehouse technology develops rapidly and becomes a mature technology, along with which an innovative decision support system mode"Data warehouse + OLAP+ Data Mining"is growing up gradually. It can take full advantage of the existing information in data warehouse to help the decision maker for scientific decision-making.This pater at first simply analyzes the importance of HR management and analyzes the current situation and development trends for decision support system. On the basis of the introduction for data warehouse,OLAP technology and data mining the writer tries to present how to import the data warehouse technology into HR system, through making the use of existing Qingdao HR data and the current HR market characteristics.Based on above situation, this paper makes a further investigation and research for HR system. The main objective is to provide the scientific supporting for enterprise HR management and decision-making through the establishment of enterprise-class data warehouse, data mining and OLAP commercial intelligence decision support system.The decision support system based on data warehouse technology resolves the lack of concentration, incompleteness, non-model base for enterprise HR information and its limitations for no method of database support. This system also integrate the enterprise HR information, data warehouse technology and its development mode to design the data warehouse through the combination of HR management system frame and the analysis of its theme.Via data extraction, washing, changing, loading to design the data warehouse, through fulfilling data multidimensional analysis and applying HR model, this HR decision support system can fulfill the individual's internal needs and performance so as to attract, encourage and develop enterprise employees. The final objective for this system is to analyze enterprise value of human resources strategy and decision-making problems, such as the quantitative analysis of future trends and forecasts, which will be represented by reports on the HR management platform.Based on actual characteristics and data warehouse technology of Qingdao HR market, using Oracle log warehouse technology, this paper establishes initial HR data warehouse, finishes historical data extraction, washing, changing, loading and achieves dynamic data management, also this paper builds HR evaluation and management system, which does HR decision by means of evaluation to position responsibility and enterprise actual HR, such as duty, work performance, work attitude, age level and so on, to estimates to HR situation and development tendency and realizes assistant decision-making. The developed decision support system can provide macro-analysis, data analysis and full scales information for decision-making. It would be better playing the advantages of HR management and improving the competitiveness of enterprise and fully arousing the enthusiasm of employee to get survival and develop in the global financial crisis environment as well as fierce competition in the market to promote the construction of enterprise information, decision support system and HR management system.
