This article introduces an Intelligent Q & A, which based on the Mobile Learning platform and the full-text retrieval system.This system is for the history of academic disciplines to establish a system of questions and answers. We design a system using two search programs, the one is targeted search, and the other is fuzzy retrieval. The two ways are different, the former find "problem - the answer" in the FAQ. While the latter is the full-text retrieval system through Lucene.NET completed a fuzzy search. The intelligent system is mainly reflected in the understanding of natural language, FAQ two aspects of the design of the Treasury; and the search for answers and feedback on the system to enhance the accuracy rate is also a certain extent.Chinese word segmentation is to improve the accuracy of the premise of the answer. We designed a vocabulary suitable for the characteristics of the historical discipline dictionary, and the completion of the dictionary-based word segmentation algorithm Design and Development.In order to improve the students submitted with FAQ library stored in the matching problem, we designed a suitable subject of questions and answers FAQ database system. By studying the composition of the form of questions and question the issue of classification, we will question in the FAQ database split into several groups of words, this article will be such a problem can be replaced by groups of words as the main keywords.In some cases, in order to obtain high accuracy of the answer, then by calculating the match between the two words to obtain the matching degree of the main words maximum as a the questions raised by the key word, and then through the FAQ to find the corresponding words in the main problems in order to get answers to these questions.Specific circumstances in the actual search and find the problem can not meet the needs of students, in which case, students can choose the way of fuzzy search, that is, through the full-text search system Lucene.NET to find the problem. This paper introduces the basic principles and application of the Lucene.NET.If the above two search methods are unable to obtain the answer, then students will answer questions submitted to the DataBase; resolve to be experts or teachers, the automatic acceptance of the system made through the messages back to the answer form in order to complete the Q & A feature.
