Dynamic topology is the most important characteristics of MANET.The dynamic topology changes frequently lead to the path interruption and decreased network performance.Therefore,designing strategy to find a stable path is to the effective method to reduce the path interruption frequency and packet loss rate and improve the dynamic topology routing of MANET.The thesis first introduced the MANET network briefly from the status,structure, key technologies and applications.Then,the thesis introduced the stability of MANET path according to the applications.The study summarized and analyzed appropriately the status quo of the path of stability and summed up in three major categories of research.First,that is the MANET path stability analysis of the path based on multi-path.Second,it is considering the MANET path stability on a particular part of the local nodes stability.Third,that is the research on the stability of MANET path in Clustering MANET.Through analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these three types of path stability in MANET,we found that they have a common drawback.That is very weak in the self-adaptability and initiative to the change of MANET.This is the key point of the paper.Through studying the adaptive and initiative,a new strategy of active and adaptive path stability based on the node stability parameter(NSP) in MANT is presented.The idea of the strategy is:if the NSP of a node in the stability path is down,this node through testing the stability of neighbor nodes regularly can use certain strategy to make the higher stability of the backup nodes to replace the weak.The details of the strategy and the performance of a detailed theoretical analysis have done in the paper.Finally,the paper carried out simulation experiments.Simulation results show that the NSP strategy in comparison with the AODV routing protocol,can be effectively reduced the number of path interruption and effectively reduce network packet loss rate and end-to-end network data packet delay,and improve and enhance the overall performance of MANET networks.NSP method not only can adapt to the mobile environment of MANET,but also meet the high quality of service network performance and application requirements. Therefore,NSP method has the high value of the theoretical study and practical applications.
