Study Of Wen Yi Yue Kan

I took Wen Yi Yue Kan, the important official large scale literature periodical of Kuomintang in the 30s, as my research target, which was put into the coordinate of the 30s' large scale literature periodicals. Considering not only about the monotonous view of political ideology, but also about the writers, the texts, the edition tactic and the operating system, I tried to outline the main features of this periodical. According to the features in different period of Wen Yi Yue Kan, this thesis is devieded into 3 chapters. In the first chapter, I established the unique position of Wen Yi Yue Kan by comparing with other fabulous large scale literature periodicals and the Right wing literature periodicals. The second chapter related the efforts the editors of Wen Yi Yue Kan did for the National Literature, and analyzed the result in the view of the theory, the revolutionary figure and the country/urban area. The last chapter focused on the drama field, which the Kuomintang artists paid importance to, and described the relative quest and practice in Wen Yi Yue Kan and the back official support.
