| Firearms inner bore measurement technology that is mainly detecting firearms inner bore surface flaws, as erosion, corrosion, coppering and cracks is the key problem in firearms design and manufacture. Currently domestic firearms inner bore measurement technology can only measuring two-dimensional parameters as the surface flaws area ,the cracks width ,but it cannot measuring three-dimensional parameters as the depth of firearms inner bore rifling.The contents of this thesis is measuring the depth of firearms inner bore rifling by using computer binocular stereo vision 3-D measurement technology. In the text we discuss the basic theory and key technology of computer binocular stereo vision 3-D measurement technology in details, including basic measuring principle , image model, various calibration method of CCD camera , the extraction and matching of corner features point and the depth measurement . We also put forward a hardware and software solution scheme for firearms inner bore binocular stereo vision 3-D measurement experimental system, including a hard tube endoscope. And we successfully assemble the experimental platform. We verify various algorithms of measurement experimental system in MATLAB software ,including Zhang's calibration algorithm of CCD camera, corner features based spatial moment algorithm, the depth calculation method on engineering model. Then we get the fitting curve of engineering model ,and lay the foundation for the further improvement of the measuring system. |
