Along with the rapid construction of the expressway, the requirement of distinguishing the driving routes increased. According to the requirement, this paper developed terminal system of distinguishing the driving routes based on 433.92MHz RFID theory.According to the requirement of distinguishing the driving routes, this paper analyzed the technical level in domestic and abroad, established feasible Physical and Mathematical Model. Basing on the model, we got various index of the system, and then we designed a tag (including the antenna, circuit and software) and a reader (including the circuit and software). The targets that the tag attained are: transmit power -3dBm, antenna gain -8dB, linear polarization. The targets that the reader attained are: receiver sensitivity -75dBm, capable of receiving every polarization direction electromagnetic waves, real-time identify tags. The targets that the terminal system attained are: radius of radar range 60 meters, the bit error rate 8×10-6 when single tag in radar range, probability of tags collisions accorded with ALOHA algorithm.
