The article is based on the requirement of panoramic laser fuse detection. As the transmitting elements of laser fuse, four groups of laminated semiconductor laser diode array the detection of 360 degree aroud the bomb axis. The plastic technic of laminated semiconductor laser diode is the focal point, and collimating the laminated semiconductor laser diode array with technic of opital fiber lens array is introduced. Eventually, we raise the requirement to the driving power of pulsed laser. The laser overload protection circuit, temperature control circuit and automatic power control circuit is are designed. The model of pulse laser driven power is presented, and the model is simulated with the ORCAD/PSPICE. By optimizing the parameter of the power results show that when the f=40K and the duty circle is 4%, the pulse power meet the requirement of fuze perfectly.
