With the rapid development of modern technology,the people request various devices of intellectualized degree more and more high.As one of the best represent information form of visual image and processing has gradually become the fusion of many disciplines.Applied to practical production,for human brings huge economic and social benefits.Vision is the main information source of human being.With automatic control technology and machine vision technology development,and its research on control system based on machine vision occupy an increasingly important position.If the machine vision control system built on embedded system platform,based on embedded in machine vision of the control system,will greatly expand the scope of application of machine vision,and can greatly improve the current industrial control automation level and the production efficiency.In this paper,machine vision systems and embedded cross-point selection,the machine vision and embedded systems combine the study of embedded machine vision-based control system for a number of aspects to explore,to expand the scope of application of machine vision.This paper first introduces the background, research purpose and significance,research status and development trends of domestic and international,proposed based on embedded machine vision control system for research.And take this as the basis,has designed the corresponding hardware and the software system,and application to the intelligent tracing car control.Papers with Altera CycloneⅡseries chip of EP2C8Q208 as the core build FPGA-based SOPC embedded hardware platform,and this platform SOPC-based embedded systems in-depth study of the hardware design and software development method,detailed testing and verification system storage modules and external modules;and with NiosⅡembedded processor IP core design of the visual-based control software.Introducingμc/OS-Ⅱof real-time operating system in the application,and introduces the related concepts and methods ofμc/OS-Ⅱ.The design of the relevant underlying trajectory image recognition software and algorithms, specific applications will be divided into a number of tasks,the ultimate realization of the real-time visual image processing and real-time car control.In this design,the image,acquisition part of the use of video decoder chip SAA7111A complete.video signal acquisition,using the FPGA complete complex logic control of high-speed and timing.The digital video signal collection will be stored in the memory of an SRAM outer enlargement,for the follow-up image processing.In constructing NiosⅡCPU,custom made an SRAM controller,irda infrared interface,oc_i2c interface,PWM interface and VGA display interface associated peripherals components.Provides the necessary human-machine and control interface, convenient system control and debugging.
