Research And Implement On Urban Traffic Dynamic Navigation Technology Based On SOA

With the society economic development, traffic-jams has became a difficult problem for each government in this world. The public's demand of traffic information increasingly strong, ATIS of based on the public travel demand services systems have become a hot research. As the fastest road network developing and the most populous country, China is setting up the traffic informational rapidly, develop and construct the dynamic traffic information system based on the existing decentralized traffic information system, to achieve dynamic traffic information collection, processing, analysis and publication. Public the dynamic traffic information, report the Real-time traffic and planning driving routes to traveler in time. These can effectively divert traffic congestion, improve traffic efficiency.First, the paper analyzed the current domestic and foreign research and development ATIS system status, following Introduced SOA and Web Service technology, and we develop the system by using the basic idea of software engineering design and implement the system of urban traffic dynamic navigation.By use the SOA and Web Service technology, implement the traffic information data's collection, process and public model. Solved the existing traffic information and more data sources, heterogeneous data storage and access issues. And implemented the travel path planning optimal alignment options, such as multi-objective decision-making. Information Publishing System make the traveler get dynamic traffic information service by various ways. The demo system based on this platform reveals perfect portability, suitability and marketing promotion ability.Based on introducing the system survey, the correlative technology, the holistic project and the analysis of requirements, this paper is bating around with three model. Specially, it focuses on the implementation of developing the information issuing model.
