Along with the continuous development of the economy of our country and the increment of modern buildings, the popularization rate of the elevator rises increasingly. As an important component of elevator system, the elevator door-motor is also the part that faces passengers directly. Therefore, it is meaningful to design a kind of elevator door-motor control system that has high performance of speed regulation and reliability. According to this purpose, the design of software and hardware of the elevator door-motor control system is accomplished in this paper. The DSP is the main controller of the system, IPM is the driver and the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is the servo motor.Firstly, speed regulating system and control strategy of PMSM is introduced in the paper. In this part, the principle and realization method of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique is emphasized. Based on the conclusion of SVPWM technique, a fast algorithm to be realized on DSP is proposed in the paper. Base on this fast algorithm, the realization method of speed regulating system with DSP is given in this paper. Some importants link of PMSM control system just like starting and positioning are also introduced in this paper. These works lay a foundation for realization of the software and hardware of elevator door-motor control system.In the design of hardware, the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A of TI Company is used as the main controller of the system. TMS320LF2407A composes many special modules which are specially designed for motor control system. The application of TMS320LF2407A decreases of the design of many peripheral instruments. The IPM is applied here as power instrument whose inner protect circuit raises the reliability of the system. Main power circuit, power supply circuit, main controller circuit, human-computer interaction circuit and external interface circuit are explained in details in the modularization sequence in the paper. In the design of software, the design of speed curves of the elevator door-motor is given in this paper. The software to realize speed regulating system of PMSM is emphasized in this part. The software of the function as self-learning, human-computer interaction, parameters accessing in the elevator door-motor control system is introduced in the paper. The flowchart of the software is also given in this paper.At the end of this paper, experiments of the whole system have been carried out, and the experimental result is presented and analyzed briefly. The experiment result shows that the performance of the system can fit the application of elevator door-motor system, and the system obtains good performance of high precision, strong reliability and fast response which can be broadly applied in industrial field. |
