| With the development of information technologies, the emergence of the Air & Space Battlefield, and the growth of Air & Space Forces, Air & Space Integrated Operations (ASIO) with the typical model of Air-to-Ground Strike Operations (AGSO) supported by Space Information Resources (SIR) have come on the stage of modern wars. In ASIO, SIR plays a crucial role in obtaining the information control power, initiative in battlefield and victory in wars, and effective evaluation on the impact of SIR on the operational effectiveness is the basis for the top design and the argumentation planning as well as the development requirement and the comprehensive application of SIR.Taking AGSO as the background, this thesis focuses on the application of SIR and its impact on the operational effectiveness. First, the theory of ASIO, and SIR are analyzed, and features of evaluating the impact of ISR on the operational effectiveness are analyzed; second, AGSO supported by SIR is analyzed, in which the application flow of SIR is proposed; third, a typical operational process based on the extended Petri Net is modeled, and models of key parameters are given; at last, aiming at an example, three simulation experiment schemes are designed and implemented, and corresponding simulation results are analyzed, by which the impact of various factors and their interations on the system effectiveness are obtained, and the requirement for the capacility of SIR to achieve operational effectiveness index is acquired. The research shows that, the error rate of communication satellites and the positional accuracy of navigation & positioning satellites have the relatively large impact on the operational effectiveness of AGSO.In the end, the thesis summarizes its main contributions and conceives the future work. |
