With the speed development of computer and network technology, the excellent technology basis has been found. That makes management manner develop from traditional mode toward to informatization direction for petroleum enterprise in our country.The paper aimed at the existent problems such as distribution of gas stations being wide in China, every gas stations device having itself communication protocol and so on, therefore it is difficult to realize system integration of control and management for gas stations device, the paper selected MOXA UC-7420 embedded controller as forecourt controller(FCC) and used it to convert different communication protocol as IFSF protocol, so the gas stations device can be easily controlled and managed .The subject rooted in item of"intelligent control front device for oil products retail network system"by Chongqing Utitech Technology Co., Ltd. It designed by use of real time embedded operating system of Linux, and the applied key technology included real-time data communication in industrial-level, application of IFSF via TCP/IP, embedded dynamic Web technology, and real-time monitoring and so on. The following work has been completed in this paper.â‘ Aimed at the management shortage of traditional forecourt device in gas stations, it proposed a sort of novel system management solution. In which Intel Xscale IXP-422 266Mhz RISC CPU of high performance was used in FCC, designed by embedded system. It accorded with related electromagnetism compatibility standard of electronic device in gas stations, fitted to the application of work environment in gas stations.â‘¡Based on the detailed anatomy of IFSF protocol, and aimed at the different protocol of dispenser come from different factory and different brand, it designed the corresponding conversion module between different dispenser communication protocol and IFSF protocol, and realized application of IFSF via TCP/IP.â‘¢By adopting embedded Web server, the system could configure and control oil device on line. Therefore it brought great convenience when debugged and managed the system and it also enhanced device utility rate.â‘£It realized a prototype system. The basic test results show that it is valid in system design, and applicable in engineering.
