The relative permeability curve is indispensable data in oil field development and petroleum reservoir engineering calculate, is also essential experiment data in compile the scheme of oil field development and assessment of reservoir performance. At the same time, it is also the basis of the oil layer protects, scheme choice of completion perforating, the best fluid delivery location, rate of growth as well as the formulate measures of tertiart recovery.In order to get the rock permeability values, people use a variety of methods to calculate it. The measurement of permeability commonly used are seismic attribute analysis, core analysis, log analysis and well test analysis. That core analysis method is the most intuitive way. The method of core analysis is able to measure the absolute permeability taking the heart place of core directly, this way is accurate than other methods such as well logging , earthquake measures, so it is often used to logging other methods.In this paper, we suggested the process of oil-water relative permeability measurement and designed an experiment device to measure oil-water relative permeability which is under the conditions of oil-gas reservoirs after deeply study of Darcy's law and Becquerel-Lever's mechanism of oil displacement.During the study, we first to study the law of oil-water relative permeability measurement base on Darcy's law and Becquerel-Lever's, and design the physical platform which is the most important to design the technologic process and the composition of critical product such as bumper, core holder, solenoid valve; And then development DSP application circuit base on TMS320LF2407A as the focus control chip and the periphery electric circuit to complete the data acquisition, the temperature control and so on; At last, establish technical process and testing plan, compile application software to realize system's conformity debug. The paper after studies from the rationale to the overall plan design, from the build of test's platform to the software and hardware design, debugs from test installation's union to empirical datum obtaining. The device has achieved the topic anticipated target finally, has the high automatic and the measuring accuracy.
