To improve the automatic degree and dependability of the textile equipment is one of the subject matters urgently to be solved at present of textile industry of our country. The online monitoring system of state of the textile equipment is an important application of the textile manufacturing machine field. To research and develop the online monitoring system is significant to improve the automation of the mechanical equipment and dependability of the system. This thesis regards FA206B type carding machine from one company in Qingdao as models, combine characteristic of the embedded system, has studied a set of embedded online monitoring systems of carding machine state. The ones that choose with abundant peripheral module to hybrid controller MC56F8346 as the key component, choose Tri-Axis digital acceleration sensor to deal with the component as the measurement and signal of the vibration signal, finish the research and design of the software and hardware of the embedded online monitoring system of carding machine state. The groundwork of this thesis has:1,To present the background of this subject and the research meaning; Have done the description of generality to the monitoring system of the equipment and embedded system development.2,Went to the related Textile Machinery Group in Qingdao to investigate on the spot many times, gather the relevant data. To analyze the typical data of measurement in the subject, then choice the sensor that the system needed and carried on detailed planning to the overall function of the monitoring system.3,Base on the research of controller MC56F8346 corresponding function module and foundations that analyses of the sensor KXP74-1050 function chosen to the system, adopt module design philosophy, detailed research and design to the online monitoring system hardware. The hardware includes the transmission module of the vibration signal, keyboard module, display module and clock module. 4,After finishing the analysis and design of every function module circuit, have used special CodeWarrior as developing software and embedded C language write the software of online monitoring system every function module.5,Debug the software and hardware of the monitoring system, and introduce measures to improve the systematic stability of in the design process of the whole system.6,Summarize this thesis in all-round way, and follow-up research work has looked forward to correctly.
