And the control of congestion is the key to keeping the stabilization of Internet and the base of every kind of management and control mechanism and exertion. Therefore, the study of the mechanism of hoe to control the congestion has been growing into a hotspot of the study of web nowadays.From control of the datagram of TCP by algorithms of improved slow start, congestion avoidance, fast retransmit and fast recovery, and so on with starting off the and-to-end in the thesis to improve the status of congestion and boost the capability of transmission of web inorder to improve QoS.
