Design And Realization Of CCPP Simulation System

With the rapid development of power industry and computer techniques, less chance for operators to exercise in the actual startup and shutdown process of power plant. The statistics data show that a lot of non-plan shutdown in power plant is caused by the misoperation. The challenge is to supply enough training chance for power plant operators. The simulation system of combined cycle power plant for solving these problems, is the advanced technology of computer network technology, information technology and multi-media technology etc. The simulation technology of power plant has developed in foreign and domestic simulation enterprises while the simulation technology of CCPP is still at the beginning in domestic.The combined cycle power plant fired BFG with low heat value in Baosteel is the first one in the world. The compostion and principle of the unit is very complicated .The article has introduced the background, idea and general compositions of the combined cycle power plant simulation system at first, and tells the design idea, modeling method and modeling tool simulate software in GSE Corporation briefly. In the chapter afterwards, describing the set of CCPP simulation system that the author is participating in, the author introduces and analyzes the whole simulation system in detail. At last the design and realization process of the simulation system is appeared in detail.The CCPP simulation system has been put into operation. The successful design and realization of the CCPP simulation system in Baosteel is convenient for us to understand the simulation, operation and design of combined cycle power plant.
