Application Of FOP Technology In Reports Of Fund Banking System

Because of running on IBM Mainframe, in existing Fund Banking Systems, most of the reports are only text file. So the format is simple, and the development is complex. As the application of J2EE platform, and B/S architecture, there is a possibility of improving the reports.Based on the real requirement of existing reports of Fund Banking System, This paper raised the idea of introducing online reports with PDF format, to improving existing backend reports; selected some online reports; designed the online report module based on FOP technolodgy, provided online PDF report downloading; and improved the module.Generally, although this online report module still has weakness, still can be improved, it's bringing a big improvement of dated report of Fund Banking System. It's not only providing complex format, also increasing the developing productivity and maintainability, reducing project cost.After experienced the online reports, customers also expressed their appreciation for this innovation.
